I tried shopping on kiyonna.com, but it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. Pages were loading slowly, and a couple of the filters kept resetting whenever I went back to browse more, so I had to keep starting over... which got old fast.

Some of the size and color choices weren’t very clear on certain items either, and checkout felt kind of clunky. I was ready to buy at first, but after dealing with all of that, I just gave up before placing the order...

I’ll admit the silhouette is nice and flattering, which is what drew me in from the photos. But once I tried it on, the fabric felt cheaper than I expected for the price, and the fit was weird in a few places. It just didn’t match what I thought I was getting, and that kind of makes me hesitant to order from them again

The dress fit fine, so no real complaints there, but the color was way different than it looked online. I was expecting something much brighter, and in person it was dull. Just not what I needed, so yeah, I was kinda disappointed

Really wanted to like this, but it just isn’t comfy. The fabric feels scratchy, and the fit is kind of weird. Tight in some spots, loose in others. Just not it.

The quality was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but it just felt way too expensive for what I ended up getting

I usually keep it simple: if something can’t make it through a couple washes, it’s probably not worth it. Unfortunately, this started falling apart after the second wash. Disappointing

They said my refund would be handled quickly, but that definitely wasn’t how it went. I ended up waiting weeks and had to keep following up just to get any kind of update. Really frustrating when they make it sound easy and then you’re stuck chasing them.
